For bakeries, producers and suppliers who sell to businesses
Cafés, shops and restaurants place their orders online — or you record the ones that come by phone. Every order has one next step, every bill says what is owed, and Today shows the day.
Today, as your team sees it — one card per order, one button each.
What Rise & Order is
A customer with an account orders from your list, up to a week at a time, until your cutoff. A customer who phones is added in four taps.
How many of what, who collects and who gets a delivery, and one button on each order: start preparing, mark ready, hand over.
Bill a finished order in one tap, send the payment request by email, record the money when it arrives. Money adds it up.
How ordering works
Your products with prices and VAT, when customers can collect or get a delivery, how they pay you, and your first customer.
Customers order online for the days they choose. Phone and email orders you add yourself, with the customer's usual address and time filled in.
Received → Preparing → Ready → Collected or Delivered. Each order shows its next step, and asks before you skip ahead of its date.
One tap makes the payment request, with your bank details on it. Send it, record the payment, and Money shows what is still owed.
Orders
Every order carries its next step and says what comes after it. Your team never has to decide what a status means — they press the button, and the card moves on.
Money
A collected or delivered order is ready to bill. The payment request carries your bank details and each product's VAT rate; card payments through Stripe are optional.
Customers
Invite a customer by email and they see the products you show them, at standard or agreed prices, with what is still available for the day. They can order for several days at once and set a standing order that repeats every week.

For customers
There when you need it
A weekly pattern that creates the next two weeks of orders. Existing orders keep what was agreed.
Optional and off until you switch it on: materials, recipes, what today's orders will need, counts and purchasing.
Invite colleagues. Employees update orders and add phone orders; prices and money stay with owners and admins.
English and Hungarian throughout, chosen per person. Product names are translated for the other side.
A bakery sells baked goods by the loaf and tray; a kitchen sells menu items by the portion. Choose once and the wording follows.
Let customers pay a payment request by card through Stripe, paid straight to you. Bank transfer and cash work without it.
Setup
The setup guide walks you through what a customer needs before they can order — and tells you when they can. Everything else is optional and waits under Settings.
Then a two-minute tour of the main screens, if you want one.
Create your account, set up the four essentials, and a customer can order from you today.
